Recipe - Making the perfect curry - Take one lb. (450 gm) chicken or mutton or fish or vegetable pieces. Washed and cleaned. And apply two tbspns of SHIP Green Label Madras curry powder with 1-2 tbspn salt. Rub over the pieces and keep aside. In a saucepan, heat 3 oz (90 gms) vegetable oil or ghee. Add 2 large sliced onions. Cook until light brown on medium flame. Add 1 1/2 cup (350 ml) of water to the rubbed pieces and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the pieces are cooked. You may also add salt, chillies or pepper. Add 1/4th cup (55 ml) of coconut milk as per your taste. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with rice or naan.
