Recipe - for Fruit Chat - Peel and cut any varieties of all time available fruits and seasonal fruits in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of Nilons Chat Masala with 3 tspn of Lemon juice. Now, toss the mixture.

Recipe - for Papdi Chat - Place 4-5 papdis in a serving plate and layer each papdi with boiled and smashed potato and chickpeas on top, then add 1 tspn of green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney as 2nd layer. Add 1 tsp sweetened curd /dahi as a 3rd layer, sprinkle some chopped onion, sev and 3-4 pinch of Nilons chat masala on top of every individual papdi and finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Note - Chat Masala can be used as a seasoning for Namkeen, Papad, Chana Chat, Tandoori dishes, Bhel, all the varieties of snacks and any boiled or steamed vegetables.
