Recipe - Paneer Lababdar. Cooking time - 25 minutes.
Ingredients -
1 cup / 225 g paneer, cut into 2 inch cubes
2 medium onion, chopped
2 medium / 150 g tomato, pureed
1 inch ginger, cut into thin strips
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Suhana chilli powder
1 tsp Suhana Shahi Garam Masala
1/4 tsp kasuri methi
2 tbsp / 30 g butter
1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp oil, salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and onion, saute till brown. Add tomato puree, and cook till oil oozes out. Add red chilli powder. Suhana Shahi Garam Masala and kasoori methi. Saute for a minute. Add paneer and water. Simmer on low flame for 10 minutes. Add butter and salt, cook for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with strips of ginger, chopped coriander and serve hot.
